  • QUESTION 1 - CAN I SHOPPING WITHOUT BEING A MEMBER?

You can browse and shop on our Tablodes shopping site without becoming a member.

  • QUESTION 2 - WHAT SHOULD I PAY ATTENTION TO DURING THE MEMBERSHIP PROCESS?

Your information in the membership registration form must be complete and accurate. The password you choose must be one that you can easily remember but cannot be known or guessed by others.

  • QUESTION 3 - HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

You will be able to make your payments through our website after completing your shopping. There are 2 different payment methods on our website; payment by credit card and payment by money order/EFT. You can shop online securely at www.tablodes.com. Our site is protected by SSL Certificate. The infrastructure we use as SanalPos belongs to Iyzico.

  • QUESTION 4 - WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?

Shipping is free to all over Turkey.

  • QUESTION 5 - HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

When the orders you have placed on our Website are delivered to cargo, cargo dispatch information regarding your order will be sent to your e-mail address.

  • QUESTION 6 - CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, you can track it. After your order is shipped, you can query the shipping process of your order using the order number sent to your e-mail address.

  • QUESTION 7 - I WAS NOT AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS WHEN MY SHIPMENT ARRIVED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you are not at the specified address, your order will be delivered to the nearest cargo branch. You can pick up your cargo from the nearest cargo branch with your order number within 3 days*. If you do not pick up your order within the specified time, it will be returned to tablodes.com.

  • QUESTION 8 - CAN I PAY IN INSTALLMENTS WITH MY CREDIT CARD?

You can make your payment with your credit card in one go, or in installments depending on the features of your card.

  • QUESTION 9 - DO YOU HAVE A PAYMENT ON DELIVERY OPTION?

We do not have a cash on delivery option.

  • QUESTION 10 - IS VAT INCLUDED IN THE PRODUCTS I PURCHASE?

VAT (Value Added Tax) is added to the prices of all our products.

  • QUESTION 11 - IS TR IDENTITY NUMBER MANDATORY IN INVOICE INFORMATION?

Our website and all sites that make legal sales over the internet are required to issue invoices. For this invoice issuance process, the Ministry of Finance has made the TR identity number information mandatory. Your TR identity number is requested to be written in the relevant section of the invoices issued in your name. This information is not shared with anyone, as stated in our Privacy Agreement when becoming a member.

  • QUESTION 12 - HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY POSTERS AND FRAMES?

Your posters will be printed and prepared within 1-2 days, and your frames will also be prepared within 1-2 days. In total, all products will be delivered to the cargo company within 7 days. The cargo company will deliver your products to you within 1-3 business days, depending on the location.

  • QUESTION 13 - WITH WHICH CARGO COMPANY DO YOU SHIPPING ORDERS?

We send all the products you order from our store with Sürat Kargo. If you request a change of cargo company, all cargo costs will be covered by the buyer.

  • QUESTION 14 - DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE WHERE WE CAN SEE YOUR PRODUCTS AND RECEIVE ORDERS?

We do not have a physical store at the moment. You can only buy our products from our online store www.tablodes.com. All your orders are delivered to your door or to the cargo branch anywhere in Turkey.

  • QUESTION 15 - ARE FRAME PRICES INCLUDED IN POSTERS?

If you choose to only select a poster when creating your order, the product will only come as a poster. Other than that, your orders will be prepared with the poster and frame included.

  • QUESTION 16 - HOW DO YOU SEND POSTERS AND FRAMES?

After placing our posters in their frames, we carefully package and ship them to you so that they reach you without any damage.

  • QUESTION 17 - WHAT IS THE QUALITY AND MATERIAL OF THE FRAMES AND FRONT PROTECTORS?

Our paintings have PVC (acetate) front protection that looks like glass but is more useful and lighter than glass. The frames are made of Polystyrene (Laminated) material.

  • QUESTION 18 - WHAT IS THE PAPER QUALITY AND PRINTING QUALITY OF YOUR POSTERS?

All our prints are made as high quality digital prints on 300 gr poster paper suitable for interior decoration.

  • QUESTION 19 - ARE THE COLORS OF POSTER PRINTS AND FRAMES THE SAME AS THE COLORS I SEE ON MY MONITOR?

The colors of our posters are the same as the colors you see in our store. We recommend that you color calibrate your monitor so that you can see the colors most accurately on your monitor. You should also keep in mind that the surfaces and brightness of the papers used are not the same as your screens. The frames definitely match the colors in the frame catalog we offer you.

  • QUESTION 20 - WILL YOU SEND AN ORDER CONFIRMATION E-MAIL AFTER COMPLETING THE ORDER?

Yes, once your order is completed you will receive an order confirmation email from us.
