ARTICLE 1: PARTIES

1.2 BUYER:
The Buyer is the individual who makes a purchase from the online shopping site www.tablodes.com. The address and contact information provided by the Buyer during registration or at the time of purchase are considered valid.
1.3 PRODUCT FEATURES:
The product is custom-made based on the Buyer’s order.
1.4 PRODUCT PRICE INCLUDING ALL TAXES:
The price of the ordered product varies depending on its characteristics. The total sales price, including VAT, is clearly stated in the relevant section of the website. In case of disputes, the invoice details will prevail.
ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT
2.1. This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product specified in Article 1.3 and 1.4, which is ordered electronically by the Buyer on the Seller's website tablodes.com, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
2.2. The Buyer acknowledges and declares that the purchased product is custom-made according to their order and cannot be returned or exchanged except for defects due to production errors. The Buyer confirms that they have been informed about the product’s main features, price, payment method, delivery conditions, and their right to withdrawal, have approved this information electronically, and subsequently placed the order. The pre-information and invoice available on tablodes.com are integral parts of this contract. Upon confirming the contract by ticking the related box on the website, the order is finalized. Once the order is completed, an "Order Confirmation" email is sent to the Buyer's provided email address.
ARTICLE 3: DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT
The product is delivered to the address specified by the Buyer. If the Buyer requests delivery to another person or address, the product will be delivered accordingly. Products are shipped by courier companies. The Buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery; damaged or defective goods should not be accepted and should be reported to the courier company with a formal report. Products received without inspection will be considered as delivered in good condition.
ARTICLE 4: DELIVERY COSTS AND PERFORMANCE
4.1. Delivery costs are borne by the Buyer. The shipping fee is charged during the purchase process. If the Seller declares on the website that the shipping fee will be covered for purchases exceeding a certain amount, the delivery cost will be borne by the Seller.
4.2. If the Buyer is not present at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, the Seller will be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation. In such cases, any delays in receiving the product or additional costs incurred due to the product being held by the courier company or returned to the Seller will be borne by the Buyer.
4.3. All products sold on www.tablodes.com are custom-made upon order. Delivery is carried out within 7 business days after the Seller receives the full payment and the required specifications for the product. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company after the product has been dispatched.
4.4. If the production of the product becomes impossible due to technical reasons, force majeure, or extraordinary situations such as adverse weather conditions or interruptions in transportation, the Seller will inform the Buyer. The delivery obligation is contingent upon full payment of the product price. If the product price is not paid or the payment is canceled in bank records, the Seller is relieved of its delivery obligation.
ARTICLE 5: BUYER'S DECLARATIONS AND COMMITMENTS
5.1. Products sold on www.tablodes.com are packaged to prevent damage during transportation. The Buyer agrees to inspect the product before accepting it from the courier company. If the product is damaged (e.g., crushed, broken, or torn packaging), the Buyer must request a formal report from the courier and refuse the delivery. Products received without inspection are deemed to be in good condition.
5.2. After delivery, the Buyer is responsible for carefully maintaining the product.
5.3. All products on www.tablodes.com are custom-made upon the Buyer’s request and cannot be returned or exchanged. The Buyer waives the right to withdrawal by electronically confirming this contract.
5.4. If the Buyer suspects that the product is defective due to production issues, they must notify the Seller within 3 business days of receiving the product. The Buyer must send photos of the defective product to the Seller. Upon confirmation, the Seller will request the return of the product (along with its packaging and original invoice) at the Seller's expense and will send a replacement of the same product to the Buyer.
5.5. The Buyer agrees not to perform maintenance or repairs on the product beyond what is recommended. Products damaged due to improper maintenance or usage will not be replaced.
ARTICLE 6: SELLER'S DECLARATIONS AND COMMITMENTS
6.1. The Seller is responsible for delivering the product in accordance with the specifications stated in the order and ensuring that the product is free from defects.
6.2. If the Seller cannot deliver the product within the specified time frame due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, the Seller will inform the Buyer of the situation immediately. If the Buyer wishes to cancel the order, the total amount paid will be refunded to the Buyer within 10 business days.
6.3. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies after the product is dispatched.
ARTICLE 7: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1. The Buyer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products prepared based on their order, as per Article 15 of the Distance Sales Regulation.
7.2. The Buyer cannot withdraw from the contract unless the product has a production defect.
ARTICLE 8: DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of disputes arising from this contract, the Buyer may file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court where the Buyer resides or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Commerce.
ARTICLE 9: OTHER PROVISIONS
9.1. This contract becomes valid upon electronic approval by the Buyer. By confirming the contract, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms.
9.2. All communication between the parties will be conducted via the contact information provided during the order process. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
9.3. Any updates to the terms of this contract will be announced on the Seller's website and will not affect transactions finalized before the update.
9.4. This contract is subject to Turkish law.
ARTICLE 10: CONTRACT VALIDITY
This contract, consisting of 10 articles, is electronically approved by the Buyer and becomes valid on the date of order confirmation.
